IONITEC S.r.l. always takes the maximum care concerning safety measures both in design and production.

Safety is ensured in our designs by rejecting materials which could cause health risks for workers and avoiding situations that could prove dangerous to the user.
In cases where a minimum risk could be possible monitoring systems have been installed, through for example multiple automatic blocks.
This is the case for drying robots which guarantee the total absence of flame at all times.

When the electrical pre-heating resistances are in tension there is no gas flow to the catalytic plates, whilst when there is a gas flow there is no longer electric current. At the end of the process the gas flow is stopped in two stages with the emptying of supply tubes. The gas leak detectors ensure the interruption and closure of the valves in the presence of gas. Safety is guaranteed during production as IONITEC S.r.l. have prepared documentation regarding risk evaluation , approved by safety officials, which according to the law D.Lgs. 626/94 is dynamically updated.

Each ATON system is accompanied by its own Instructions Manual as prescribed by the CE mark directive. Moreover with the documentation supplied users are informed, according to the same Legislative Decree 626/94, of the cogent necessity of integrating their own risk evaluation document with the activity of paint drying and relative ways of reducing these risks to a minimum.
