The system is composed of a glove cloth which when passed over surfaces to be treated (in particular with plastic materials) neutralizes their electrical charges using an equal voltage of opposite sign. The operation is repeated until an electrostatic charge equal to zero has been obtained: the surface is ready for the next job.

The device can be set to several different working option using the keys, depending on the type of material of the surface to be treated.
